Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the policy described on the course page or our FAQ. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform or interfere with others’ learning.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not copy or redistribute course materials without permission.
Intellectual property
All materials, trademarks, and content are owned by CrispRoute Studio or our licensors. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to access purchased content for personal use.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or results. Coaching and educational materials are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrispRoute Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
